I’ve been obsessed with avocado paired with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel seasoning for years. I use it on toast or with eggs almost every morning. Recently I decided to combine that favorite flavor pairing with baked turkey meatballs—and the result was a hit. These meatballs are tender, flavorful, and surprisingly simple to make.

I prefer baking meatballs instead of frying to keep cleanup minimal. These Everything Avocado Turkey Meatballs are kid-friendly and versatile: they go well with pasta, zucchini noodles, rice, or roasted vegetables. A batch yields about two dozen meatballs, perfect for meal prep or quick lunches.
