Truffle oil is one of my favorites. I love a truffle burger, a basket of truffle fries, or a creamy truffle mac and cheese.

What is Truffle Aioli
Truffle aioli is a simple, flavorful sauce made from mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and truffle oil. I often add a bit of plain Greek yogurt to thicken the sauce and boost protein while keeping it light.
This versatile aioli works as a dip for fries and vegetables, a spread for sandwiches and burgers, or a bright finishing sauce for roasted vegetables and seafood.

Are Truffles Mushrooms?
Truffles are fungi, like mushrooms, but they grow underground and have a very distinct aroma and flavor profile. They’re not the same as common above-ground mushrooms, but they belong to the same biological kingdom.

Truffle oil adds intense umami and aromatic depth with just a small amount. This aioli is quick to make—ready in minutes—and elevates simple dishes into something special.
Recipes to Pair With the Sauce
Great pairings include:
- Air fryer French fries
- Air fryer sweet potato fries
- Keto salmon patties
- Cast iron seared salmon
