If you’re attending SXSW in Austin, you’re invited to my birthday party on Monday night — we’re roasting a whole pig!
Come early Monday evening for tasty food, drinks, and good company on the rooftop of AMLI Southshore, with views of downtown and Town Lake.
The 50‑lb pig will be ready to serve at 5:00 PM, so please arrive on time. After the meal we’ll head into Austin for more festivities. You’re welcome to stop by for just a short while if your SXSW schedule is busy.
We’d appreciate your help finishing this pig—your appetite will make the party a success.
