Skier’s Breakfast Burrito | Beaumont Bakery Signature Wrap

On my SLC breakfast tour I’ve been focusing mostly on newer spots, but there are a few familiar places that still feel new to the valley and deserve a spot on the list. One of those staples is Beaumont. Today I picked up a breakfast burrito from Beaumont and knew it had to be included.

I love Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time playing in the mountains along the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is an excellent place to fuel up before heading out. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through is fast and convenient without sacrificing quality. While I enjoy drive-through breakfast burritos from many Mexican spots, they can sometimes feel greasy and heavy—especially if I’m about to be active. Beaumont strikes a better balance.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What really elevates it, though, is the sauce. The creamy tomatillo dressing adds brightness and richness—the kind of finishing touch that turns a good burrito into a memorable one.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than a delicious breakfast burrito. They serve great coffee, fresh pastries, and standout savory options like a burrata salad. Beaumont is a reliable choice whether you need a quick grab-and-go or a spot to linger.

A small note: great food attracts crowds. On weekends you’ll often find people lined up or gathered outside. If you only need pastries and coffee, don’t be deterred—the counter and drive-through make it easy to run in and out. If you plan to sit down, especially on a weekend morning, expect a possible wait. That said, with a sunny patio and a lovely interior, Beaumont is well worth the visit.

Beaumont consistently delivers fresh ingredients, thoughtful flavors, and convenient service—perfect for fueling outdoor adventures or enjoying a relaxed breakfast in town.
