DIY Ear Cuff
Supplies needed:
- Dimensional gem stickers
- Small piece of felt
- Industrial adhesive such as E-6000
- Hot glue
- Flat earring back
Begin by arranging the gem stickers on the felt. Follow a gentle curve that matches the contour of the ear and place the largest gems toward the bottom so the piece reads visually from top to bottom. Once you’re happy with the layout, secure adjacent gems to each other with a thin line of E-6000, careful not to use so much that it squeezes out around the gems. Allow the adhesive to cure fully according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then trim away excess felt, leaving just enough for structural support if needed.
Attach a flat earring back to the bottom gem with a small dab of hot glue. The flat back provides a stable anchor and is easier to position on the ear than a traditional metal cuff.
