Directions:
Combine the pudding mix, sugar, milk, cooked rice, and raisins in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl.
Stir until the dry mix is fully incorporated and the rice and raisins are evenly distributed.
Microwave on high for 7–9 minutes, pausing to stir every 3 minutes to prevent scorching and ensure even cooking.
Continue until the mixture reaches a gentle boil and thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and stir thoroughly to smooth the texture.
Cover the bowl and let the pudding sit for 10 minutes to finish setting and cool slightly before serving.
